WARRANTY & Returns:
1 Year. We'll replace it for a new one if defective. Or if unused, we'll replace it for a different size if needed.
S&H cost not refundable. We will not cover shipping costs of returned items.
If defective, we'll cover S&H cost to ship new item back to you. If exchanging for a different size, we will not cover s&h cost to send the new item
We accept any kind of payment. Payment is due within 3 days of closed auction.

All customers with shipping addresses within the contiguous 48 United States are eligible for Free Standard Ground Shipping when program criteria is satisfied. Custom priced, bulk priced, or item exclusions are not eligible for free standard ground shipping.

We send a maximum of one business day all our orders in which we handle the dispatch.
Most of our product line is covered by warranty. As a general rule of thumb, please refer to your item's listing before purchase, to verify warranty details. (Below you will find a list of some of our most popular products)
To be considered for warranty coverage, all items must be returned in excellent condition. Properly packaged to withstand the rigors of shipment. Clearly identified with details required such as order number, username, date of purchase. Product must be clean. No elements outside of what was shipped should be included in your products returned for warranty.
12 Months from purchase date. We will only replace motors that do not work out of the box. We test all motors before shipping. We will not replace burnt out motors.
Dead on arrival: 1 Year after receiving the product. We'll refund (except s&h cost) or replace. Item must be as new, with no sign of short circuit, drop or abuse.
12 months from purchase date. Write us before returning, most of the times, problem is wiring or controller.

30 days after receiving the product, no questions asked, we'll refund (except s&h cost) or replace. Items must be new, with no use, stains or marks.
