StockLens Privacy Policy
This policy explains how StockLens handles information obtained through the eBay APIs for the Alfa Wheels seller analytics integration.
Information we access
With the seller's authorization, StockLens may access eBay listing and inventory information, orders and sales records, and financial transaction, payout, fee, and cost information. StockLens does not request the seller's eBay password.
How information is used
eBay information is used only to provide seller-authorized inventory, sales, cost, fee, and performance analysis and related StockLens functionality. It is not sold or used for unrelated advertising.
Storage and security
The eBay application secret and renewable authorization token are encrypted before storage. Access is limited to the StockLens integration. Reasonable technical safeguards are used to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
Sharing
eBay information is not sold. It is disclosed only to service providers needed to operate the integration, when required by law, or with the seller's direction.
Retention and deletion
Authorization credentials are retained only while the connection is active or as needed to provide the service. The seller may revoke StockLens access through eBay and request deletion. Marketplace account-deletion notifications are acknowledged but their payloads are not retained.
Your choices
The seller controls authorization through eBay and may revoke access at any time in eBay account settings. For privacy or deletion requests, contact Alfa Wheels through its eBay seller account.
Changes
This policy may be updated when the integration or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
