If you have a technical issue and have not been able to use your product, please be sure to contact us by email at alfawheelsinc@gmail.com for further assistance before initiating any return.

All items must be returned in excellent condition. 
Properly packaged to withstand the rigors of shipment. 
Clearly identified with details required such as order number, username, date of purchase. Include your return ID/RMA if available. 
The product must be clean. No elements outside of what was shipped to you should be included in your returns (batteries, food, trash, etc). 
Reason for return must be clearly stated. ("it did not fit", "it does not work", "I did not like the product" are all fine examples of this)
If the product has a label, it must be affixed to the product in a new-like condition. 
Returns must be processed online.
